YOUR MEN Leadership Training Conferences

Christ didn’t just tell His disciples what they should do. Through His words and actions, Jesus equipped them to be disciple makers. Through a variety of regional conferences & workshops, the Journey in Disciple Making Team is prepared to train active and emerging leaders of your church in three vital areas.

Equipping The 70 Seminars
Our Saturday seminars present three vital areas of spiritual focus: sharing your faith, defending your faith, and discipling. Each discipline is presented in a day-long seminar by experienced men's ministry leaders and teachers. Participants receive a text for each discipline plus a small group follow-up study. The intent is to help prepare Christian men to mentor and disciple men of new faith in their churches and communities.

Reaching Every Man Workshop
A ½ day workshop training event, developed through partnership with Man in The Mirror, which allows a church’s men’s ministry leadership team to focus on the core elements of developing and sustaining a vital ministry to men.

A Journey In Disciplemaking Conference
A 1½ day annual leadership conference designed to gather, inspire, train and return men back to their local churches to further develop their ministry to men.
