From the Director

Between 2007 and 2017, God is calling Christian men in Southwest Florida to disciple 100,000 new men of faith and draw them into the life of a local church.
Our ecumenical men’s ministry leadership team has discovered that a vital organizing principle is missing that may keep Christian men in Southwest Florida from realizing God’s vision: many churches are not focused on equipping men as disciples and thus disciple makers.
Jesus’ organizing principle for His church is the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19 “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations…”). For Christian men to fulfill the Great Commission and be prepared to disciple new men of faith, we are calling all churches in Southwest Florida to lead in adopting a process for empowering men to be disciple makers for Jesus.
Through ten years of active leadership and experience in Southwest
Florida, we have developed a process for local congregations of any
denomination or fellowship to use to draw men into the life of the
church and equip them to be the disciples and the disciple makers
Jesus calls us to be. A Journey in Disciple Making is a comprehensive
men’s ministry curriculum comprised of three specific strategies:
(1) The Journey, (2) Equipping The 70, and (3) Transforming Your
Community, and is designed to fully equip Christian men to be
disciples in their family, church, community and the world. The
culmination of this local church-based initiative is a mature, holy,
Christian man who is now prepared to be a disciple maker.
Join us over the next ten years as equipped, Christian men disciple 100,000 new men of faith and build God’s Kingdom. Please contact us so we can help you succeed in this BHAG (big, holy, audacious goal.)
